1. Order processing
Processing time: Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Shipping methods & delivery times

Expedited Shipping (Fast): 2–4 business days (domestic)
Overnight / Priority: 1 business day (where available)
International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
These are estimates only — actual delivery time may vary due to carrier performance, customs clearance, weather, and local holidays.
3. Shipping rates & fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight/size, destination, and chosen shipping method.

4. International shipments, customs & duties

5. Order tracking

6. Multiple shipments & partial deliveries
Items in a single order may ship separately from different warehouses. In such cases you may receive multiple tracking numbers and separate shipping charges (if applicable).
7. Failed delivery & address issues
Please provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional reshipment charges may apply.
If delivery is attempted and you are not available, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions to re-schedule or pick up the package.
8. Lost, stolen, or damaged items
Damaged on arrival: If an item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact our support within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us and the carrier as soon as possible. We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist you. Resolution may depend on the carrier’s findings.
